Sushi (寿司・すし） in japan

Sushi (　寿司・すし） is the most popular, wellknow food of japan in the world.


They always use very fresh fish , soft rice making sushi.
By the way, have you been visited the morning fishing market in tokyo? The place is called TUKIZI    ICHIBA (　築地市場・つきじいちば）. There show you how owners of sushi stores choice or purchase fish or other see foods , how they discussion price , etc. It is the one of  most  interesting spots in japan too. If you want to eat real, fresh, good Sushi, please take time to Tukizi Ichiba.

 Here is the entrance at Tukizi (築地・つきじ）.  Owners of sushi or japanese foods resturants ,sotres ,they usually wake up 4am , then gather to there choose most fresh, good sea foods, fishes.

Workers who work in Tukizi , they use the little cars moving or carry products.

Today waked up earlier, 6:30am, just walked around on the street with friends.

 Here is  Waseda area （早稲田・わせだ）。 Waseda the area have one very popular private university ,named  Waseda university (早稲田大学・わせだだいがく）。 Lots of wellknown actresses, actors, aritists in japan graduated this university.

 At morning time, people were few walking on the street. Today have waseda street event. You can see this advertise board , they wrote detail about event.

The photo on the left , 2 japanese little girls (primer students) were going to school. Their unifor  is common dress for primer students in japan, they usually wear the same style dress, hat, and bag on the back, very cute! I never seen those bags for students in other countries, the bag is square, and can put lots of books inside.

On the street at earlier moning, maybe just see people not much, but if you use subway, you will surprise that it is creasy crowd, many people just push their body inside of train . Japanese joke will say this style on the train ,called  Onigiri style (おにぎり）。Onigiri is the kind of rice in japan what you can buy or see at any stores, supermarkets, or convinence stores.

This photo is buddhism in japan. Japanese buddhism is rare seen on the street , they are most rare show in public place in big city, maybe rare to foreigners to see too, I guess.  In japan, some times people say, that if you want to be richer, and do not want to work too hard, maybe it is good way to be japanese buddhism. Because,  japanese buddhism , they do not keep strict traditional rule for life. They can enjoy achocol, any meats, driving, can marry too.                                                                                                                     

 But in china or other asian country , rule is very strice to buddhasim, in japan is very different. They just take one class for talking about buddhasim (1 -2 hours),then will get around  $2000 or more (depend on your grade) ,tax free. In japan, about religion ,all of income are free tax.

Best living spot in japan 2 --- カラオケ王国( Karaoke country)

 Do you know Karaoke (カラオケ）？

 It is the place where you can enjoy singing with music box. It discoveried by japanese, so that, japanese love Karaoke so much, and everywhere you can see the advertise about Karaoke (カラオケ）！

　Well, let me introduct to you with photos below.
 Around 30years ago, japanese discoveried Karaoke for people who can enjoy and training song . But now, some place only own Karaoke business , such as the photos below I am going to introduce. The building with 3floors, all are built Karaoke private rooms. You not only can enjoy singing alone or with friends, but also just cost $10 can take over 3hours rest or all night ( 0:00 am - 5:00am) with free soft drinking here. Usually Karaoke stores look like fency, but it doesn't need cost much money during daytime ( 12:00 pm - 5:00pm) ,and night time ( 0:00 am - 5:00 am).

   This is the entrance , called front of Karaoke building.  All of building have elevator .

 

There are inside of one of  Karaoke private rooms. You will see, very cleaning, nice design. TV on the sheft  which for showing screen when you start singing. Under the TV is music machin , you can use remote choos the songs which you want to sing. And some place, you can order foods from screen too. Creasy !!!!          

On the table, are foods menu, drinking menu. Don't worry about language if you don't understand japanese when you going to order foods , drinking ! Because they put all of foods or drinking photos inside of menu, it is very convinence. Then just take it easy, hold the phon which on the wall, tell staffs the Number of orders which you choose, then just wait a while, your order will be deliveried soon .                                               

      The photo on the right , there is sofa . Because I just came here by my alone, so I got a little room here. There are big rooms too ,for more people. So do not worry about space here.       





Here are speaker, and colorful lights. When you sing, the room will show you mood with music, so light will be dark automatic, and the lights will frash colorful for you.

 These are two remotes and mic on the table. You just touch the little screen , you can see japanese songs, english songs, french songs, korean songs, chinese songs too.

Best fantastic living spots in japan

I had been lived in japan for 15years. I always can discovery new fantastic things, spots at this land.
In japan, not only travel wellknown places which travel companies guide for you, but also better to take advance to visit amazing  spots which maybe no any advertise from any travel companies, but japanese live or use those naturally.
 Well let me show you step by step.

 Do you know how about population in japan? How much area of land japan has ?
  
 Total population of Japan is 128,056,026 people,  total area is 377,914km² .

 Tokyo is capital city of japan, the total population of  Tokyois 13,187,461  people, Tokyo 's area is 2,187.66 km².

  Japan is not big country, not much population in this land, but there gather many modern living stuffs, convinence living  style, and keep very good living rules for everyone.

   Well, let's together walk around!

 
Here is Kabuki Chou　(歌舞伎町・かぶきちょう） of Shinjuku　（新宿・しんじゅく）。Many kinds of stores try to get clients ,they use varies style ,advertise boad to show on the street. The photo on the left, some store's staffs covered rain jumper ,holding the advertise boad standing in the raining. They are exchanging information about business.  Both photoes below, you can see many colorful advertise boards beside of both sides of street, always make customers confusing easy for choicing.

I really interesting everything in japan, and very want to share this happy with everyone. Hope you do not laugh here.... see these photoes below, I took those at TOILET !!    Japan is the country which very take care of  toilets.  If you go to anywhere in japan, you can see that toilets  are very clening,very convinence , one of the amazing spot I think.             

 The photo on the right, they wrote " no smoking"! Every toilets you go, you will see it.                                      

Not only keep cleaning, almost toilets all setted automatic machine. See these photoes below, they put a little square box on the wall, when you enter the toilet, toilet cover open for you automaticly, then when you finish stuff, just press the button you want , then you can enjoy those service, creasy amazing living style I think . I explain more detail here with the photo on the right, OSHIRI (おしり）--- this button is for washing butt with little strong water, Yawaraka（やわらか）--- this button is for washing butt with soft slowly water, Hide （ビデ）--- this button is for washing butt with warm water making more comfortable. And the little square screen under them, it is little short music for when you pee . Because japanese girls all are shy, they don't like make any noise when using toilet, so can press music button for covering shy noise. Some toilets's automatic buttons do not put on the wall, just setted beside of toilet seat, you can see, but the signe of buttons almost are the same. 

   The photo on the left, the white box beside of the square box which I already explained above. That white box is for keeping fresh smell inside of toilet.

Oky, right now, I just introduced amazing things about toilet. Now, let's see around on the street.

The photo on the left, there are taxes parking beside of street. The photo on the right, this green color car is japan post car. It is doing delivering.

This is coin parking. You just put coin they need in the machine, then can park there . The photo on the right , is the automatic parking sign , 24hours opening. If there are avaliable , the sign will show you AKI （空・あき）、if all are occupied, then will show you Mann （満・まん）。In tokyo, parking is very expensive. This one  is soso price. They wort, from 8 am -- 10 pm ,cost ￥1800 ( $18).

In japan, everywhere looks like small, area is a little narrow, but even that , city try to take space for citizen that  living comfortable. Here is a little park , here are some toys setting inside, so people living around here  who can bring kids here to relax, it's the place for moms's exchanging too. Some students come to here got fun when they finished school but not back home soon.

It is not see everywhere, some area set ,some no.              This kind of phone in green which can call

These photoes below, are automatic selling machine. You will see these kinds of machine everywhere in japan, very convinence. Usually they sell kinds of juices, kinds of cigarettes, but some place they sell varies cookies, foods too, it is rare thing that sell sexual magazines, sexual products too.

Recently,the machine selling cigarettes which check strictly . Because in japan, by law that only people over 20years old can smoke or buy cigarettes, so that if you buy cigarettes with machine,they will ask your age certification card. Then maybe easily buy cigarettes in stores to foreigners I think.

Japan is the most one of  cleaning countries  in the world . Well, maybe you will always think that how they do with trash??!! 

 Please see these photoes below. In japan, usually set some rules for throwing trash . City hall decide rule that what day is the trash day only for plastics, bottles, cans; what day is for normal living trash. And they seperate different trash bags for different trash, have to discard in trash bags fixed. Sometimes , I think that it is very good way for keep cleaning, recycle. See the photo on the right, it is outside of one convinence store, they  set 3trash boxes outside for seperating paper trash, bottles trash, cans trash.

 If you move out, have to threw some big trash like furniture you do not use anymore... you can call city hall ,got appointment for taking out those big trash for you. Just cost $2 -- $20 depend on what kind of big trash. Or you can sell to secondary stores.

These are signals at intersection. In tokyo almost wort japanese and english . Because tokyo have no much snow in winter , so they set signal be transverse style.
